8月30日消息，據(jù)國(guó)外媒體報(bào)道，土豆網(wǎng)最新SEC文件顯示，新浪目前持有土豆網(wǎng) 9.05%的股份，投資價(jià)約為6641萬(wàn)美元。
SEC文件顯示，土豆網(wǎng)8月17日登陸納斯達(dá)克，IPO融資1.74億美元。當(dāng)天，新浪以29美元（土豆網(wǎng)發(fā)行價(jià)）購(gòu)入土豆網(wǎng)107.5 萬(wàn)股ADS，代表430萬(wàn)普通股，價(jià)值為3117.5萬(wàn)美元。
隨后在8月17日—8月25日，新浪以3523.2萬(wàn)美元購(gòu)入土豆網(wǎng)1,492,570股ADS，代表5,970,280 股普通股。兩輪共持有土豆網(wǎng)2,567,570 股ADS，代表10,270,280股普通股 ，占土豆網(wǎng)總股本的9.06%。
上周有消息人士稱，該筆投資可能是兩家公司更深層次合作的前奏，合作的細(xì)節(jié)尚未討論。
中國(guó)是全球最大的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)市場(chǎng)，網(wǎng)民超過(guò)4.5億，土豆網(wǎng)是中國(guó)第二大網(wǎng)絡(luò)視頻公司，正加緊爭(zhēng)奪內(nèi)容，爭(zhēng)取更大的市場(chǎng)份額來(lái)贏得廣告客戶。
土豆網(wǎng)股價(jià)周一上漲2%至25.55美元。
SINA has the sole power to vote or to direct the vote or dispose or direct the disposition of 2,567,570 ADSs representing 10,270,280 Shares. The responses of SINA to (i) Rows (7) through (10) of the cover pages of this Statement on Schedule 13D and (ii) Item 5 hereof are incorporated herein by reference.
On August 17, 2011, SINA purchased 1,075,000 ADSs representing 4,300,000 Shares at a price of $31,175,000 in connection with the Issuer’s initial public offering.
Between August 17, 2011 and August 25, 2011 SINA purchased a total of 1,492,570 ADSs representing 5,970,280 Shares at an aggregate price of $35,231,859.
